What personal data we collect and process.
The MRI collects personal data (“PD”), which are imposed by the Wage and Personnel Laws, as well as by the PD for the purposes of the MRI legitimate interests. In such cases, we process the PD of the data subjects concerned without their consent. This is a situation where this legitimate interest could be due, for example, to the fact that the data subject is a MRI customer or, on the contrary, provides services. Interesting concerns include the operation of a camera system or the processing of personal data that are strictly necessary for health or property protection purposes.
MRI always monitors the balance of the legitimate interests it pursues and the rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subjects to which it will interfere with the processing.
How long do we process the data.
The MRI processes the PD depending on its purpose for the duration of any contractual relationship with MRI and for a further maximum of 10 years (in exceptional cases several years) after the termination of the last contractual relationship with MRI.
I have to provide personal information?
The provision of an PD is, as well as the conclusion of a contract, voluntary. However, some PDs are necessary to meet the statutory obligations and legitimate interests of MRI in concluding an employment and business relationship or providing a service.
From what sources do we collect personal data.
The MRI processes the PDs you provided to us in connection with the negotiation of the employment relationship, the business relationship and the provision of the services, the data from the available public registers and the data we obtained from the state authorities or from the databases collecting the data. Based on your consent, we may also process other data, for example from web browsers.
For what purposes do we use personal data.
The MRI processes the PD without the consent of the data subjects to meet the obligations imposed by law for negotiation of a commercial contract, for the protection of its rights and the rights of the protected interests, for ensuring safety and fraud prevention, assessing potential risks and direct marketing of their own products. With your consent, we only process data for marketing purposes.
How we protect privacy.
Personal data is under physical, electronic and procedural control. The MRI has sufficient control, technical and security mechanisms to ensure the best possible protection of the processed data from unauthorized access or transmission, its loss or destruction and other possible misuse. All persons who come into contact with your PD in the course of performing their work or contract obligations are bound by a contractual duty of confidentiality.
We provide or pass on personal data.
The MRI shall only be communicated by the PD to supervisory authorities and other public authorities, provided that this obligation is set by law. With your consent or your order, PDs may also be provided to other entities.
What are your rights in relation to the processing and transfer of personal data.
In accordance with applicable law, you can exercise your rights of data subject. You have the right to access the data we process about you, the right to the portability of the selected data and the right to request data correction. You may request the revocation of the PD unless it is necessary to further process it to meet legal obligations or if it is necessary to continue to provide you with business cooperation.
What are your options to restrict the processing and transfer of personal data.
In cases where the MRI processes the PD upon your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time. In cases where your PD is processed on a legitimate interest, you may object to such processing. We will evaluate each such objection and inform you of the outcome. We always comply with the objections to data processing for marketing purposes.
Who is supervising your privacy?
If we have not been able to resolve your OOI questions or objections satisfactorily, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
